Getting Amazing Life Changes: You The Observer

Have you ever heard of the saying, “If you change how you look at something, what your looking at will change.” That is a very real fact. It also applies to how you look at yourself and your life. The part of you that consciously thinks is the observer, and the observer has ABSOLUTE control because the observer has a choice in what is viewed and how it is viewed. In a sense you are always watching over yourself. You are always watching the “show of your life” playing out before your eyes. When it comes to getting better results in one’s life, all one has to do is observe it coming in. (Use your imagination.) If you are low on money I would tell you to start seeing more money come into your life or at least see it coming into the lives of others. If you were sick I would say, “see yourself healthy and joyous!” You can only go in the direction of what it is your observing.

How can I tell what is the observer inside of me?
Some of you may be wondering how you can tell the difference between yourself and the part that observes. Well, its rather simple. The part of you that RANDOMLY thinks is the part of you that is the smaller portion. This smaller portion is susceptible to doubts, anger, jealousy and all other low-vibing emotions. The other part of you that is able to hear itself think is the bigger part of you.  (This bigger more aware part is able to interject when the smaller part is thinking in a negative fashion.) The smaller part of you thinks automatically, just like your lungs take in air. Sometimes this smaller part can work with you, but for some it actually works against them.  Many spiritual masters have called it the ego, devil, pain body or whatever. (It truly is all the same thing.) The thing is, is it can be worked with and transmuted into a highly effective tool once you understand that it’s a part of you, but not the REAL part of you. When it randomly starts to talk in your mind by playing experiences in your head, getting you thinking about the past, or making you feel bad for no reason, just go ahead and take note of it, but then keep yourself aware that it was not the REAL YOU that has spoken. By doing this you will start to create enough distance between you and the smaller portion of yourself. Once enough distance is created there will be enough room for new ideas, and positive outcomes to manifest.

What should I do when I hear myself randomly think?
Since you are the observer of yourself. You get to observe EVERYTHING. This includes what happens in your life, and also what is thought about in your mind. As the observer you have a choice to let it happen or make changes. Depending on what goes on you may or may not want to make changes. However, if you are experiencing a negative situation in your life that you’d like to change, then you would have to start observing the opposite of that situation (or something totally opposite) to get a desired change. How long that change takes is also solely dependent upon how long you continue to observe what it is you’d like to see happen.

You don’t have to necessarily hold the thought of what you’d like to see happen ALL the time; however, you do have to at least look at it here and there. It’s also extremely important that if you end up observing a thought that contradicts what it is you’d like to see happen, that you replace it with a more desirable one. Why is this? Because if you allow that to be the last thought in your mind than you have just told the Universe that this is what you’ve observed and this is the direction I’d like to go in. The Universe has to start taking you in the direction of what you last observed whether it’s good or bad. So it’s imperative that you answer such doubts like, “I don’t have enough money” with affirmations like “I have more than enough money.” After a while, your observation will be finely tuned to only seeing yourself with “more than enough money.” When this happens you will start having this experience in your outside reality.

So my friend, I advise you to change how you see yourself and I do mean that literally if you don’t have the HIGHEST image of yourself in mind. See yourself as the best! See others loving you! See yourself doing extremely well! See yourself being exactly how you’d like to be, and have what you’d like to have! All you have to do is observe yourself and the world differently and a new you and world WILL emerge. (Tailored to your observation.) Experiment with this and most of all have fun!
