Slowing Down


I see many of you guys trying to understand spiritual teachings from some of the wise ones of our times, and fail miserably at it. You have learned to use your mind, instead of your feelings. It is very important to understand that our feelings are our true guidance system. The mind is like a computer and will constantly need validation. Your feelings are key to calming your mind.

How is this done?
It is very simple.  When you are learning or reading a spiritual teaching allow yourself to feel it out. (instead of thinking it out). There is a big difference here. Thinking it out is an attempt to break it down, and understand it. Feeling it out is simply seeing if it feels good to you or not. If a teaching from a spiritual master does not feel good to you than DON’T use it. Only use what feels good to you. So this takes some slowing down, and using of your feelings. It will take the use of your feelings to feel out what was just said here!

Why is Slowing down important?
Life is very simple. So many of you doing what you think you are “suppose to be doing” instead of doing what “feels good.” You make life unnecessarily difficult for yourselves. Everything in your life is revolving around “The Law of Attraction.” If you are in a state of feeling bad at work your will only get more of that in your life. If you are in a state of feeling good you will only get more of that in your life! So it is important that you make sure you are feeling good at all times. Thinking positive is great, however it is imperative that you feel good from those thoughts. Only when you feel good is when you are in touch with Source.

As you might have guessed, slowing down is kind of like checking where you are at during any given moment of your life. It is like checking a map to make sure you are on the right course. If you aren’t feeling good than you are OFF COURSE. Do not despair however! Getting back onto course is easy. Just pick thoughts that make you feel good and dwell on them, and from there continue to do whatever it is you were doing.

You see. When you are feeling good than you are on track to getting what you want. When you are not feeling good you are only getting more of what you don’t want.
